My Story

 

I have always being interested in the power of nature to heal the human body over less effective means however my true wake up call came to

re-evaulate the mindless way I ate as I battled with chronic candidiasis which meant dropping beer, bread, pasta, sugar and massively reducing fruit intake. After rounds of cleansing, juicing, experimenting with seasonal raw food, cooked nutrient dense food, and a new found love for probiotic rich fermented foods my health is in topform and wellness is my way of being. My journal consistenly describes my energy as level and moods as calm and happy and my abilty to manage stressful scenairos is now much more graceful! Unexpectedly, I have noticed my brain function has improved with this new found lifestyle, with clarity of thought, vision and intution, as has my bodys responsiveness to exercise due to the release of toxins. The maintainence of my gut health affects my entire wellbeing. Hippocrates words that "All disaese begins in the gut" rings so true.

turn the concept of a diet into a sustainable lifestyle or just understand how to eat well, I can guide you to navigate the confusing landscape

of fad dieting and misinformed beliefs about food. There is no one size fits all programme, the best programme is one that is personalised for you of which you actively build along with my supportive guiding hand. My purpose is to activate your 'inner doctor' and enable the natural healing force within you onto the path of long term good health.

 

The belief that nature provides all, deeply resonated with me from young age providing a natural wisdom where the heart leads and intuition guides 

a call to action.

 

My Training

 

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I was trained in over one hundred dietary theories and studied a various practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this upon this knowledge and experience, I will help you create a completely personalised “roadmap to health” that works with your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and health goals. 

 

The training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition is truely a cutting-edge Health Coach Training Programme. During my training,

not only was over 100 dietary theories studied but also lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine;

Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; Mark Hyman MD,

Chair of The Institute of Functional Medicine and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.

 

My heart felt passion for health and wellness has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Employing these skills and my knowledge of many different dietary theories, life experience and finely tuned intution, I work with and support clients to embed lifestyle improvements that produce real and long lasting results where dieting fails.

 

My mission is spread awareness of the toxic lifestyles many people unconsciously lead and offer real clean food healing alternatives to otherwise ineffective conventional methods.
