Together, we will address concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you require for a lifetime of balance physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Six Month Life Wellness Transformation Plan


This is a sustainable healthy living programme that integrates nutrition and self care to ensure that your body, mind and spirit are in balance. In this program you will be guided to set and accomplish goals, explore new foods, understand and reduce your cravings, boost energy, feel great in your body, learn to manage stress, improve your personal relationships and live the good life you imagine for yourself. 

 

  • Twelve 45-Minute Sessions

  • Sessions take place every two weeks

  • Session take place either over the phone, skype or in person

  • Program includes: notes emailed after each session, email support between each session, handouts and food or personal care samples

 

90 Day Intensive Wellness Plan

 

This program covers nutrition and food. In this program you discover which foods are right for you, understand and reduce your cravings, increase your energy and feel better in your body.

 

  • Six 45-Minute Sessions

Four Week Kick Start Your Wellness Plan

 

This program covers the basics of healthy eating and addresses your specific health requirements. In this plan you will learn the fundamentals of a healthy diet while discovering which foods work best for you and your unique body type.

  • Sessions take place every week

  • Program includes: notes emailed after each session, email support between each session, handouts and food samples

 

One Session Health Tune Up

 

If you are already in good health but would like a specific question addressed and want to ensure you are making healthful choices, this

tune-up session is right for you. If you are switching to plant based diet and need a little guidance, you will also benefit from a tune-up session. The program will include detailed recommendations based on the health related topics you want to discuss.
